Since Qatar Airways joined the Avios network, we haven't really seen award space for more than two people. That can make it tough to book a family or a group of friends on a Qsuites trip.
With that in mind, here's a fun opportunity to book a cash fare (or redeem Amex points with the Amex Business Platinum) to Egypt for up to 8 people.

Flight Experience
Qatar Airways Qsuites provides one of the top two business class seats in the sky complete with direct aisle access and a privacy door. You'll have plenty of space to relax, sip on some fancy champagne, and enjoy a nice meal. The crews also have a great reputation for being more than happy to help.
While my searches showed these are R fare class tickets, double-check as P fare class tickets do not not have lounge access nor can you select your seats until check-in. If your ticket is booked into R fare class, you won't be able to select your seat until check-in but you'll have access to the Al Mourjan lounge.
If you have Oneworld Sapphire or Emerald, you'll be able to select your seat.

Where To Credit The Flights
You can use Where To Credit to check which options would earn the most redeemable miles or help you earn elite status. Make sure you check whether your fare class is R or P.
For those who want earn redeemable miles, British Airways is probably the easiest option for most as you can transfer points from several bank programs. Alternatively, you could use this booking to earn American or Alaska miles and supplement with miles earned via a co-branded credit card.
Use GCMap to check the flight distance and calculate redeemable miles.

Final Thoughts
We don't see a ton of great Qatar Airways cash fares from the US these days. While still not quite as good as what we saw in 2021, this is a nice option if you're willing to put in a little work to run a multi-city search.
