Qatar Business Class For Up To 4 (Fall 2022)
After a summer of Qatar Airways business class fare deals, I'm glad to see some blocks of award space available. While award space has been a bit tighter recently, we have a nice bit of space for next fall for up to 4 people.

Flight Experience
Qatar Airways Qsuites provides one of the top two business class seats in the sky complete with direct aisle access and a privacy door. You'll have plenty of space to relax, sip on some fancy champagne, and enjoy a nice meal.
Of course, if you need anything the crews have a great reputation for being more than happy to help.
And, let's not forget the Al Mourjan lounge. If you're flying out of Doha you'll have a chance to check out the lounge - more food, more champagne, more fun. If you'd like to step things up, you could pay for access to the Al Safwa lounge - one of the nicest first class lounges on the planet.

Best Ways To Book
If you're simply booking a flight to Doha, either 70,000 American miles or 70,000 Qmiles are your best options. It's just a matter of whether you have American miles or Bilt points to transfer to American or you have Citi points to transfer to your Qatar account.
If you want to connect to Africa, Indian Subcontinent, the Maldives, or other parts of the Middle East, American will be your best option. However, if you decide to connect to Asia, Qmiles will be your best option.
While 85,000 Alaska miles is a bit steeper, you can include a stopover in Doha on the way to/from your destination. However, the rate jumps to 120,000 miles (gross) if you want to visit Africa.
I would generally avoid the other options as the award rates are steep and you'll be responsible for the steep surcharges.

How To Book
I think searching with American is easiest if you want to see your options.
Here's how I'd approach the search process:
- Go to AA's site
- Select Advanced / Multi-city search (just click this link)
- Select Redeem miles
- Select One way or Round trip
- Enter From & To cities
- Select departure date(s)
- Choose the number of passengers
- Select Class as Business/First
- Click Search
- If you're searching for a nonstop, select Calendar then sort by nonstop.
- Once you know which dates have Finnair space, you can run a search from your home airport if you're not booking nonstop
If you're not booking with American miles, you can run a search with the program you're using once you find a date you want to book.

Final Thoughts
Qatar Airways hasn't been as generous with award space recently but it's nice to see a nice chunk of dates available next fall. With the ability to connect to some fantastic destination, you'll have plenty of options if you want to try Qsuites. Personally, I'm eyeing a trip to Oman.
