I'm back from a quick trip to London, so let's get into some award space!
Condor has business class space for up to six people on a bunch of dates this summer. Considering how tough it can be to find award space to Europe during the summer this late in the game, I wouldn't hesitate if you want to book.
Plus, Alaska Mileage Plan is changing their award rates this month so this is a good chance to burn your miles before some routes devalue.

Flight Experience
Condor's new A330-900neo has a staggered 1-2-1 business class cabin layout. Every seat is lief-flat and has direct aisle access.
I haven't flown this product yet, but reviews suggest that the entire experience is quite impressive from food to amenities to entertainment options.
Upgrade To A Prime Seat
For an even better experience, you can pay just over $200 to select one of the four first row seats. These seats have more space, the bed is bigger, and you have an ottoman rather than a footwell. Basically, you have a lot more space.
On top of that, you get PJs, a nicer amenity kit, a snack basket, free text messaging, and a larger IFE screen.

Best Ways To Book
Alaska Mileage Plan: Great Award Rate To Europe
Alaska miles aren't the easiest to earn as you can only transfer Marriott points or earn them directly via a Bank of America co-branded card, 55,000 miles for a one-way business class ticket to Europe is excellent.
Emirates Skywards: More Miles, Easier To Earn
Emirates provides a solid option if you have Amex, Bilt, Capital One, Chase, or Citi points, especially from the northeast. Since it's easy to earn Emirates miles, you might prefer this option so you can save Alaska miles for other flights.

You can use United or Alaska's site to run a calendar search and see your options. Here's how to run the search with Alaska:
- If you want to book a one-way, check "One-way"
- Check "Use miles"
- Enter your origin & destination
- Select your dates
- Select number of passengers
- Run the search
- Complete the booking

Final Thoughts
Don't be surprised if business class award space for summer travel dates is tough to find as this often happens by mid-March. Fortunately, we have a great option with Condor, but I wouldn't wait too long to book.
