| Flight Experience | The business class cabin layout depends the aircraft that operates your flight. The tough part is that Brussels Airlines operates an A330-300 on both of these routes, but the cabin layout varies by specific aircraft. All seats are lie-flat, fortunately. However, they layout could be one of the following: | 1-2-1/2-2-1 1-2-1/2-1-2 2-2-2
| Only a couple of aircraft operate the 2-2-2 layout, but they’re often used on the JFK route. They are former Lufthansa/Eurowings planes. Personally, I would choose one of the other two layouts if I had my choice. Just be aware that Brussels does swap aircraft which could mean a layout change. Make sure you monitor your booking. | On flights with one of the better layouts, you can confirm a throne seat by purchasing it after booking. Otherwise, they may only be selected a few days prior to departure.
Inflight, you can expect a solid meal and an impressive beer selection. The fact that they give you a little box of chocolates at the end of the flight is a nice touch. However, the lack of WiFi is disappointing. | | How To Search | Search with United: | From United's homepage, select Advanced search Choose to show price in miles Select Roundtrip or One-way Enter the origin & destination Select Nonstop only (if you don't need a connection) Select the number of passengers Select your dates or choose Flexible dates and choose a month Select Business Run the search
| Once you know the exact dates you want, run a search with the program you'll use to book. As always, I recommend confirming the program you're using sees the award space before you transfer points. | Happy booking! |
