However, the inflight catering has improved in recent years and I’ve generally found the crews to be solid. | The Allegris business class product is on select routes and it offers a 1-2-1 staggered business class layout. Each seat is lie-flat and has direct aisle access. Keep in mind that there are a five seat types. | Learn about each Allegris seat | To add to the confusion, some 787s offer the newer Allegris product while others offer a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout - still much better than the older product.
