| I’m wrapping up several days of excursions in Antarctica today. Before we begin the two-day journey back to Argentina, I wanted to flag some Qatar Airways Qsuites award space for two people.
Qsuites has become a tough award ticket in the last couple of years. However, you can often find award space if you book toward the end of the schedule and that’s what we have for you today.
With space opening up next Winter as the weather in Doha cools down a bit, this is a great time to book if you can plan ahead. Of course, you can also connect in Doha on your way to many other fun places such as the Maldives, South Africa, Seychelles, and more!

Qatar Airways Qsuites provides one of the top two business class seats in the sky complete with direct aisle access and a privacy door. You'll have plenty of space to relax, sip on some fancy champagne, and enjoy a nice meal. Of course, if you need anything the crews have a great reputation for being more than happy to help.
Award bookings in business class on Qatar Airways have lounge access. You can visit the Al Mourjan Lounge or the new Al Mourjan Lounge at The Garden. You can also pay to visit the Al Safwa first class lounge.
While Al Safwa has nap rooms, they are first come, first serve and tough to get! If you have a long layover but won’t be visiting Doha, you might want to book the Oryx Airport Hotel to make sure you have a bed to sleep!
Occasionally, Qatar will swap out an aircraft with their Qsuites product so keep an eye on the cabin layout. |

Avios: More Dates, Great Rate, Lots of transfer bonuses
Avios is generally your best option for two reasons. First, members often have access to more award space. Second, you can transfer points from Amex, Bilt, Capital One, Chase, or Citi points.
With Amex, Citi, and Chase’s 20% bonus, you’ll only need to transfer 58,500 points to get the necessary 70,000 Avios for a non-stop award ticket.
With Qatar Privilege Club, you can book up to 360 days from departure. With BA Executive Club, you can book up to 354 days from departure. In fact, beyond 331 days out, Avios are often your only option to book.
