JetBlue Mint Suite to London from $1,931
After I sent the Virgin Upper Class deal to Israel, I received a bunch of requests for a deal to London. Well, with JetBlue we have exactly that if you'd like to take a trip this fall, or next spring/summer if you have flexible travel dates.
Having just recently flown JetBlue's new Mint Suite and Mint Studio, I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Plus, if you're someone who travels to Europe regularly, you have the option save a few hundred bucks by starting the ticket in London and nesting within other bookings. More on that below.
Shoutout to Thrifty Traveler for spotting this yesterday.
Now, let's get into it!

Flight Experience
JetBlue's new Mint product on the Airbus A321LR is arranged in a 1-1 cabin layout. That's right, it's a narrow-body aircraft. Don't let that deter you, it's still a very nice experience for a shorter transatlantic flight from JFK.
While I wish the seats weren't angled away from the windows, I found the Mint Suite to be spacious enough to sleep comfortably. Or, if you're like me and struggle to sleep on planes, at least snooze a little.
On both of my flights, I was really impressed with the food as well as the crew. They genuinely seemed to want passengers to have a great experience.
One think I'll note is that if you're on a full flight from JFK to London, get your meal and dessert served together. Even with the crew hustling like crazy, it took them a while to get everyone served - downside of single aisle.
If you want to upgrade the experience a bit, you can pay $299 to book a Mint Studio (the first row of the cabin). These two seats have a ton of space and you'll be served first so you can get to bed or settle into a movie.
So far, JetBlue has not partnered with any lounges to offer lounge access on these tickets. There are a couple of options at Gatwick in the North Terminal via Priority Pass but nothing at JFK in Terminal 5.

Best Ways To Book
If you have the Amex Business Platinum, the 35% rebate when you pay with points via Amex Travel will be your best bet. Those with the Sapphire Reserve can get a similar rate using points via the Chase travel portal.
For Cash tickets, you can book directly with JetBlue. Additionally, the price is the same via AmexTravel or the Chase travel portal so you might go with one of those if you have a card that will earn more points.
If you're someone who regularly travels to London (or Europe), you might prefer to nest a JetBlue Mint booking from London inside another ticket. If so, you can try Mint from as low as $1,609 round-trip. Here's an example of LGW-JFK.

Where To Credit The Flights
Since these are cash tickets, you can earn redeemable airline miles so make sure to attach your desired loyalty program number to your booking.
I'd usually suggest checking Where To Credit but the earn rates don't seem show accurate info for Transatlantic JetBlue flights. A few options to consider:
I'll note that this booking books into the "I" (eye) fare class and Singapore KrisFlyer doesn't show that as an option on its JetBlue page. I don't know if it's out of date or you simply can't earn miles on the transatlantic flights (like AA).
You can use GCMap to check the total flight distance if you want to calculate redeemable.

Bottom Line
It's great to see to see a nonstop from JFK to London in Mint at just under $1,950. Hopefully, we'll see more of these fares in the coming months.
Besides, who doesn't want a trip to London?! If nothing else, it's a great jumping off point to other destinations in Europe.
Happy booking!
