| | | Flight Experience | KLM’s newest business class product can be found on their Boeings 777s. It’s arranged in a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout and each seat has a privacy door. | Your next best option is on a Boeing 787 which has a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout, but without doors. With either layout, you’ll have a lie-flat seat with direct aisle access. | I would avoid their Airbus A330 if possible as it’s a 2-2-2 layout. While it provides a lie-flat seat, you don’t get much privacy and only the middle section has direct aisle access without your neighbor needing to step over you. | Generally speaking, I prefer KLM’s crews to Air France.
