Vietnam Airlines operates an Airbus A350 on this route. The business class cabin is arranged in a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout which means each seat is lie-flat and has direct aisle access.

ANA: Best Round-Trip Rate
If you’re booking round-trip, 136,000 ANA miles is your best bet. The total taxes/fees are only ~$45. Just keep in mind that transfers from Amex can take a few days.
Flying Blue: Best One-Way Rate + Chase Transfer Bonus
The one-way business class rate of 104,500 Flying Blue miles is steep, but it’s the only one-way option I would consider if you have Bilt, Capital One, Chase, or Citi points. Plus, with Chase’s 20% transfer bonus, you’d only need to transfer 88,000 points and that’s a great rate for business class to Asia. |

Virgin Atlantic Flying Club will put award space on hold for up to 24 hours, but you'll need to call to do so (800-862-8621).
Flying Blue will allow you to hold award space over the phone (800-375-8723) and you can include a stopover if you want to see two cities on one award.
