Flight Experience
A quick glance at these routes shows a few different aircraft types.
On KLM's 787 and Air France's 777, you'll find a business class cabin arranged in a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout. Each seat will be lie-flat, have direct aisle access, and be angled away from the aisle.
On Air France's A350, you'll find a layout similar to United Polaris' 1-2-1 layout. Even numbered rows are ideal for maximum privacy in window seats and if you want to sit close to your travel companion in the middle section.
Personally, I love the fun/quirky KLM experience - esp. the Blue Delft houses.

Final Thoughts
The taxes/fees on these awards aren't the cheapest but for so few points/miles, I think Promo Rewards are at least worth it for a one-way ticket when booking a business class trip to Europe. If you can take advantage of the Bilt 100% transfer bonus, it's really a screaming deal.
If you book I'd love to hear where you decide to visit!
Happy Booking!
