Star Alliance Biz Class to Europe from $1,653 (Europe)
It's always fun when airlines fight for business class bookings!
It seems United and Air Canada have dropped its business class fares out of Ottawa on Star Alliance carriers to match Air France. Many of these options are 2-stops but there are additional destination options such as Zurich and Athens.
In my test searches via the Amex and Chase travel portals, I didn't see these fares it looks like you'll have to book the cash fare directly.

Flight Experience
The airline and aircraft will determine the business class cabin layout. You'll find long-haul flights on Air Canada, Lufthansa, and United (possibly Swiss). United and Air Canada will have 1-2-1 layouts while Swiss cabins have a mix of 1-2-1 and 2-2-1. Lufthansa is the worst of the bunch with a 2-2-2 layout. Some 2-2-2 layouts work well, but Lufthansa's does not.

Where To Credit The Flights
These fares will book under P fare class You can use Where To Credit to check which options would earn the most redeemable miles or help you earn elite status. I would suggest choosing a program to that partners with a transferable points program with which you regularly earn points.
I'll flag Air Canada Aeroplan, Avianca LifeMiles, Turkish Miles&Smiles, and United MileagePlus as options to consider.

Final Thoughts
If these destinations work better for you than the Air France options and you're up for paying cash, this is a great business class cash fare, especially for summer travel. I wouldn't expect it to last long.
