SkyTeam or Star Alliance Biz Class To Dubai
Hello from the Muscat Airport.
I'm wrapping up a visit to Oman but wanted to share a fun business class fare on SkyTeam that The Flight Deal spotted recently. Even better, you can find similar pricing on Star Alliance partners. And, yes, you can book with points.
You'll find the best pricing on SkyTeam via Amex Travel if you have an Amex Platinum or Business Platinum, but the deals are great even if you book directly with an airline.

Travel Restrictions and Requirements

Flight Experience
The inflight experience will vary based on which carrier operates your flights. Personally, I'd look for flights on Air France, Air Canada, or any other carrier with a 1-2-1 business class cabin layout.
SWISS can be a solid option but it depends on your seat while Lufthansa's 2-2-2 lags behind a bit. If you find an option on KLM, a flight operated by a 787 is ideal since it has 1-2-1 seating as well.

Where To Credit The Flights
Since these are cash tickets, you can earn redeemable airline miles so make sure to attach your desired loyalty program number to your booking.

The Star Alliance deal will be a P class fare while the SkyTeam deal will be a Z class fare.

Bottom Line
This is a great deal if you want to visit Dubai or even somewhere else in the Middle East. Personally, I suggest visiting Oman and staying at the Alila Jabal Akhdar for a few nights. Absolutely beautiful.
