British Airways Biz Class NYC to Germany from $1,736

We've certainly seen a jump in business class fares to Europe in the last several weeks. As a result, the British Airways/AARP partnership is even more important if you're looking for a business class cash fare that's under $2,000.

If Germany is on your list, there's a great fare this spring from the east coast.

Now, let's get into it!

Travel Restrictions and Requirements

With travel restrictions changing by the day, please take a look at the US embassy site for your destination. Here's a link to Germany to get you started.

Flight Experience

The Boeing 777 has 1-2-1 seating in a reverse herringbone layout. Each Club Suite also has a privacy door, though it's a bit short. Your experience with the crew can vary a bit, but I've generally had friendly/helpful crews. The inflight catering has improved over the years but it's still not quite back to normal.

Some flights are operated by aircraft with the older business class product. I would do my best to avoid those flights if possible.

Best Ways To Book

To get the fare down to ~$1,736, you'll need to join AARP to get the $200 premium cabin discount on British Airways bookings. Once you've found flights you want, you'll then log into your account and add the voucher code CHASEBA10 for an additional 10% off.

Where To Credit The Flights

Many will choose to credit British Airways flights to Alaska, American, or British Airways itself. If you're not sure which you prefer, I'd start by checking Where To Credit. It's always a good idea to double check with the airline earn charts themselves as well.

Use GCMap to check the flight distance and calculate redeemable miles.

Bottom Line

With airfare on the rise, this is a great option to book business class flights to Germany this spring. Even better, there are a few cities that work for this deal.

Happy booking!
