Virgin Upper Class to London + Earn 20K Virgin Points
I'll go ahead and say upfront that I don't usually send business class fare deals from the east coast to London that are close to $2,500 round-trip.
However, Virgin Atlantic is running a promo that could help you earn 20k bonus points. You can even book with points via either Amex or Chase's travel portals.
Boston and JFK seem to provide the best cash fare options.
Now, let's get into it!

Flight Experience
Virgin Atlantic is known for having friendly crews and an amazing lounge at London Heathrow. On their Airbus A350-900, the Upper Class (re. business class) cabin is arranged in a 1-2-1 layout. The window seats are angled toward the window for maximum privacy while the middle seats are angled to the aisle.
On the A330-900neo, the cabin is arranged in a staggered 1-2-1 layout. The front two middle seats can be purchased separately and have more space.
Avoid the older A330-300 and Boeing 787-9 aircraft if possible. The 1-1-1 cabin layout doesn't provide much privacy and the seats are quite narrow.

Where To Credit The Flights
This fare is marketed by Virgin Atlantic and falls under the Z fare class You can use Where To Credit to check which options would earn the most redeemable miles or help you earn elite status.
If you want to earn the 20,000 bonus Virgin points, you need to credit the flights to your Virgin Atlantic flights.
Use GCMap to check the flight distance and calculate redeemable miles.

Final Thoughts
This won't be for everyone, but it''s a fun option if you've been wanting to try Upper Class or need flights to London and there isn't award space. Heck, you might even prefer this to booking an award once you factor in the taxes/fees.
Happy booking!
