American Air Business Class, JFK To Paris From $1,960

A month ago, JetBlue had a great $1,306 business class fare to Paris on its partner American Airlines. While there are a few dates you can still book for just over $1,300 in early January, that's mostly gone now..
However, $1,960 for business class between JFK and Paris in August is a great option, especially if you haven't been able to find a good summer option yet.

Flight Experience
On American's Boeing 777-200, the business class cabin is arranged in a 1-2-1 layout with lie-flat seats. The highlight of the seat is the Casper mattress. The catering and service receive mixed reviews. It really just depends on the day.

Best Ways To Book
If you have it in the budget, you might just prefer to pay cash with a business class fare this low. If so, you can book directly with JetBlue or via Amex Travel.
With the Amex Business Platinum or Business Gold, you have a great way to book with points via the 35% and 25% rebates, respectively.

Where To Credit The Flights
While you can't credit JetBlue Mint transatlantic flights to American AAdvantage, I'm not 100% sure about business codeshares on flights operated by American.
However, Qatar Airways Privilege Club will definitely work. You can earn 125% of the total flight miles. Since Qatar Airways is now part of the Avios platform, you can link your Qatar and British Airways accounts if you want to move the Avios to BA.
Use GCMap to check the flight distance and calculate redeemable miles.

Final Thoughts
This is a great summer option to Europe this late in the game. If you're looking for a trip to Europe this August, I would book quickly!
