Asiana Business Class To South Korea, Up To 3 Seats
It's been ages since I sent an alert for Asiana business class so it's great to see so much space out of New York-JFK. If you haven't been to Seoul, it's worth it. You could also visit Busan and/or Jeju while you're there!
Nice flag by Redditor yitianjian.
Now, let's get into the details.

Flight Experience
Asiana's business class cabin is arranged in a staggered 1-2-1 layout. Overall, you can expect a solid but not spectacular experience. If nothing else, you can expect friendly crew.

Best Ways To Book
Aeroplan: Amazing Deal With Chase Points
Aeroplan is a great option at 75,000 points one-way if you have Amex, Bilt, Capital One points. However, if you have Chase points, you'd only need to transfer 63,000 points thanks to the 20% transfer bonus.
If you have the Chase Aeroplan Card, you can get a 10% bonus when you transfer 50,000+ Ultimate Rewards points. Between the two transfer bonuses, you'd only need 58,000 Chase points.
You can use GCmap to calculate your total flight distance and double-check Aeroplan's zone-based chart. You can also include a stopover for 5,000 additional miles.
ANA: Great Round-Trip Rate, Steep Surcharges
At 95,000 miles, you can't between the round-trip award rate. However, you'll have to decide if you'd rather save 55,000 miles in exchange for ~$710 in carrier-imposed surcharges. Also not that Amex transfers can take a few days.

How To Book
I would search with Air Canada unless booking with Emirates Skywards:
- Select One-way or Round-trip
- Select Book with points
- Enter origin/destination
- Select travel date(s)
- Select number of passengers
Once you know the exact dates you want, you can run the search with the program you'll be using to book. As always, I recommend confirming the program you're using sees the award space before you transfer points.
If you're booking with Turkish, you can call (800-874-8875) to put the award on hold before transferring points.

Final Thoughts
Whether you're just looking for a fun trip to South Korea to enjoy BBQ and soju or visit the DMZ and explore the rich history of the country, you could do a lot worse than Asiana business class.
Happy booking!
