ITA Airways Business Class to Cairo from $1,567
If you haven't been to Egypt yet (or are looking for an excuse to visit again), this is a solid ITA Airways business class deal that's available from BOS and JFK.
For those unfamiliar with ITA Airways, they are the Italian airline that took over Alitalia. I haven't had a chance to fly them yet but hope to do so. I did a status match at the end of 2021, so I figure I owe them a flight!

Where To Credit The Flights
Currently, I believe you can earn redeemable SkyMiles by crediting the flights to Delta. However, you won't earn Medallion Qualifying Miles or Medallion Qualifying Dollars. The other SkyTeam option I would consider, Flying Blue, isn't set up to earn miles on ITA Airways yet.
