United Polaris to Amsterdam from $994 One-Way
JetBlue kicked things off with a one-way business class fare to Amsterdam from $997. Now, United has matched the fare from a few cities. You can also find flights on Austrian, Swiss, and Lufthansa for a little bit more.

Flight Experience
The airline and aircraft will determine the business class cabin layout. You'll find long-haul flights on Air Canada, Lufthansa, and United (possibly Swiss). United and Air Canada will have 1-2-1 layouts while Swiss cabins have a mix of 1-2-1 and 2-2-1. Lufthansa is the worst of the bunch with a 2-2-2 layout. Some 2-2-2 layouts work well, but Lufthansa's does not.

Update To Booking Hotels With Extra Benefits
While you can still book via the self-service booking portal and get perks such as daily breakfast for two, a room upgrade, and a $100 property credit, I've made a small change.
Since some hotels aren't available via the self-serve portal, I've added an option to submit a booking request and I can book your stay manually.
IMPORTANT: You need to pick a hotel and find the Standard Rate/Flexible Rate before submitting a request. You cannot book member rates or prepaid rates with perks. This is not a service to comparison shop.
To book Four Seasons or Rosewood, there's a special request form Four Seasons Preferred Partner can book prepaid rates (it's the exception).
For properties not in the portal, Four Seasons, or Rosewood, submit your booking request here.

Where To Credit The Flights
These fares will book into P fare class. Use Where To Credit to check which program will earn the most miles and/or help you earn elite status.
I would suggest choosing a program that partners with a transferable points program or two with which you regularly earn points such as Air Canada Aeroplan, Avianca LifeMiles, Turkish Miles&Smiles, and United MileagePlus.
Use GCMap to check the flight distance and calculate redeemable miles.

Final Thoughts
If you prefer flying United to JetBlue or simply want to make some progress toward elite status with a Star Alliance carrier, this is a great one-way fare to Europe if you can travel in the next month.
Happy booking!
