These fares will book under R fare class You can use Where To Credit to check which options would earn the most redeemable miles or help you earn elite status. I would suggest choosing a program to that partners with a transferable points program with which you regularly earn points.
I'll flag Alaska, American, British Airways, and Cathay Pacific as usueful options. Obviously, if you want to use this to earn elite statust, credit to your preferred airline program.
